Decadent raspberry and white chocolate brownie recipe

Looking for a super-awesome but super-easy brownie recipe? Well, look no further than these decadent raspberry and white chocolate brownies! Make them for your whole family and they’ll be smiling for days.
Ingredients:
- 1 punnet of raspberries
- 250g white chocolate
- 120g butter
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
- In a medium bowl, lightly beat the eggs, and whisk through sugar, vanilla essence, and flour
- Melt butter and, while hot, stir through the chocolate until it is melted
- Combine the two mixtures together and stir in half the raspberries
- Place into a tray lined with baking paper
- Top with the remaining raspberries
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
- Allow to cool before serving. Can be served cool, or warm, with thickened cream
